Privacy

A straightforward policy for a straightforward site.

This website shares information about Dealing with Carbon-Based Life Forms and offers a free sample chapter. It does not process book purchases; preorder links take you to independent retailers.

Information you submit

The chapter-request form is provided by HoneyBook. When you submit it, the information you enter is used by Rob Polocz and Polar Bear Consulting to deliver the chapter and send occasional updates about the book, including availability, events, and related news.

HoneyBook and technical data

Loading or submitting the embedded form may allow HoneyBook to receive technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, and interaction data. HoneyBook handles that information under its own privacy policy.
